So I packed all my supplies (well not all of them) and headed up to my parents cabin for memorial week. Surprise, surprise there was still snow on the ground so my fantasy idea of plein air painting while on vacay was squashed. Needless to say it has warmed up quite a bit this week. We are now on our 5th day here and I am finally feeling the itch to get busy. Since I had 5 days to chat, blog, research etsy and painting all together, I have learned loads of information. I discovered ACEO, don't ask me what it means...but stands for miniature paintings. So the light bulb went off and I finally know what I am going to work on in these cramped quarters. We will see how it turns out.
